Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination:
    •    Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
    •    Made-to-order / Special items: 15–30 business days

Please note that during high demand periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at infcreativoshops@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
